Project Management in Polish Non-profit Organizations

Summary/Abstract: In this article the specificity of project management in non-profit organizations has been indicated. It has been demonstrated which conditions must be fulfilled, so that non-profit organizations could realize their statutory aims through the project activities. Most frequently, chances of success of the implemented projects are seen in the potential of the employees of those organizations, who are the most important in the process of providing social services, perceiving projects as the process of changes or identifying with the implemented projects.
