Summary/Abstract: The implementation of Lean Management implies the need for change. The implementation of changes as evidenced both by theory and by economic practice provokes resistance at all levels of the organizational structure of the enterprise. The purpose of this article is to identify the key causes of resistance and to identify ways and proper practices aimed at limiting or even excluding the existing resistance. The research conducted under the article is both literary and empirical. The whole article was concluded with the conclusions.
