Summary/Abstract: This paper is focused on a highly topical theme placed at the heart of international debates on regional security, namely the case of refugees in Europe. Approaching this theme is not the result of testing a purely theoretical assumption, but rather a reactive process driven by the need to understand a multitude of perspectives on one single reality. In this context, the author identifies a series of five so-called perspectives on the case of refugees in Europe and dysects each of them in order to detect their common and distinct features. This approach is completed by the clarification of terms used in this area and the theoretical framework on social construction of reality.
