Student’s Internships and Traineeships: Implications for Quality of Education

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to indicate the elements of student internships and traineeships that significantly contribute to the improvement of the quality of the education process, complementing them with a practical stage. Created with employers, they enable to verify in practice the competences and expectations of university graduates about the labourmarket and the possibility of confronting them with the expectations of employers. The results of research conducted among students presented in the article show both expectations for the possibility of personal and professional development through traineeships and internships, but also for the implementation of the philosophy of life-work balance.
