Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the Polish e-commerce market recent development and IT systems management based on the available reports and sources in period 2009-2015 as the innovative way of trade. Poland joined EU in 2004 so there is almost 11 years of global economy in EU structures and around 25 years or market economy development. E-commerce in Poland is still developing so the speed and quality of service of Internet access is crucial for the e-commerce, so broadband Internet access is getting more attention from the business side. Author gives the overview of market analysis including regulatory aspects and e-customer behavior. This is important for understanding the leading role of Poland in e-commerce business growth in CEE region in 2013 and what are the main pain points from the perspective of the e-customer and service providers. The comparison to the other EU countries are used to find out some solutions and recommendations at the end of the article.
