Interpersonal Communication in Educational Institutions

Summary/Abstract: Communication is the foundation of all relationships between people, it is also important in personal and professional life. However, there are job positions that require employees to have special communication skills – such a profession is a teacher. The article aims to analyze interpersonal communication in teacher–student relations. The article describes interpersonal communication in educational institutions. This work presents ananalysis and conclusions that were developed on the basis of empirical research carried out among secondary school students, more precisely from the Lublin province.
