Summary/Abstract: Polish enterprises do not pay appropriate attention to age management yet. However, the changes happening in the labour market force employers to start thinking about this idea. The article introduces the concept of age management and describes tools that can be used in the recruitment process as a part of age management strategy. The paper presents important aspects of the strategy such as targeting candidates, content of job adverts and selection requirements. Finally, the article illustrates the benefits of age management in there cruitment process. The analysis is based on available literature and reports of best practice inage management.
