Summary/Abstract: The author presents issues related to knowledge management in organizations operating in the creative sector. The first part of the research focuses on semiotic and definitional aspects. In the following, the author analyzes different stages of knowledge conversion, focusing on the importance of the process of externalization of tacit knowledge.
