Summary/Abstract: The basic resource of the 21st century school is knowledge and intellectual capital based on it, which is its primary source of strategic supremacy. The main target of the school is to collect, store and use knowledge, owned by knowledge workers of different generations. The study attempts to identify the instruments used by the school to share knowledge with an indication of activities conducive to improving the process of sharing knowledge among workers of different generations. The use of appropriate instruments, depending on the generational affiliation of a knowledge worker, can improve the areas ofactivity related to the process of knowledge sharing in order to better use it for the school’sneeds. The study has a theoretical and empirical character, it was based on the literature ofthe subject and the practical experience of the author.
