Mobbing Problem in Poland – the Chosen Aspects

Summary/Abstract: Mobbing in the organisation is a multiaspects phenomenon which is one of the example of patology in the organisation. Its side effects have wide influence. It is taken by employee (victim of mobbing), organiation and society. In this work the problem of mobbing, its source, influences and law consequences have been shown. The shown theorethical information is a basic for further discussion at work about the range of mobbing in Poland (also in Europe). This article is based on litterature of the topic, reports and topic summaries.
