Summary/Abstract: Human resources management in socially responsible companies should be based on building relationships with employees. The key tool for building these relationships is dialogue. In order to achieve a high level of dialogue efficiency, companies should implement different forms of this dialogue and enable their evolution. It should also be based on a legal norms and functioning institutions. Socially responsible companies, primarily conduct a non-formalised dialogue. It is determined by wrong understanding the essence of dialogue, lack of knowledge about ways of dialogue as well as the lack appropriate managers approach to dialogue. It is therefore necessary to take certain actions, designed to increase both managers and employees awareness of the need for develop and nurturing this dialogue.The aim of the article is to assess the importance of building lasting relationships with employees in socially responsible companies. Considering the complexity of issues taken in this article, particular attention was focused on the analysis of the role of dialogue in building lasting relationships
