Summary/Abstract: This article touches issue of customer relationship management in commercial banking by using an internet. Particular attention was paid to the virtual plane to use. Several selected banks were analyzed. It was discussed the activities of banks in the multimedia network reality on several levels, taking into account transaction services and social networking sites. It was also shown improvements and innovations that should draw customers and increase his loyalty to the bank. The topic is important, since in recent times, banks are losing trust of customers and their loyalty. The study made it possible to determine what the most discouraging customers and allow to propose some changes
