Legal and Financial Conditions of Revitalization Processes – the Last Period of Financial Support form European Funds

Summary/Abstract: The revitalization processes are currently faced by a number of difficulties. These difficulties are both legal and financial. Unfortunately, they are coincided with the last period of financial support from European funds, as well as the extension of the concept of revitalization. Revitalization is in fact currently understood as a process primarily of a social nature. The aim of this article is to identify the problems which have been ocurring in the coming years, both at national and local levels
