Summary/Abstract: Being a social science the economics is therefore a historical one as well, and analyses the management of a society under varying conditions, but for the time being and in a foreseeable historical perspective limiting the needs in relation to the possibility of meeting them. Serving both cognitive and application functions, it examines some social interactions in the process of management as well as in conjunction with limited natural resources. As is known, this impact is not always positive and well-considered by the normative movement in economics especially since the mid-twentieth century. Additionally, the role of various business entities operating as within them is changing into subordination, related to their “clout” in an altering process of management. At the same time the feedback supervenes between the behaviour of business entities and the environment construed in a broader sense e.g. the economic and political system, the dominant ideas etc. In this context one should analyse changes in the bibliographies of financial products, services and business entities themselves, from a product level to even a state. Unfortunately, in terms of social interests decisions on their existence are increasingly taken over by the institutions which alienate, especially in conjunction with the concentration and centralization of institutions which comprise the financial sector.
