Summary/Abstract: Diversity among employees can become, if properly managed, a source of success and financial gains for an organisation. In an organisation with a diversified age structure the probability for operational effectiveness and strategic success increases with the introduction of personalistic management. Basing your management on personalistic principles and pragmatism is an added value that guarantees maximum benefits for every stakeholder without discriminating and abusing anyone. The success, finally, always has personal a dimension, as it dynamises the stakeholders to fully utilise their potential. The probability of success on the field of diversity management increases with the implementation of personalistic behaviour and principles to corporate culture. Personalistic management is fully coherent with diversity management, especially on the field of age diversity. It also magnifies the effect of synergy.
