Our country contains a certain quantity and variety of medicinal plants that need to be carefully kept and rationally exploited. Besides that fact that they give us their beauty and perfume and they represent the biggest percentage of food, plants have always offered us the possibility of health care through the virtues of the active principles that they contain.The suggested themes will not only help the students to protect their health through medicinal plants but also by recognizing, collecting and drying them they can accumulate important knowledge to guide them through life or even towards an interesting and beautiful career.On the other hand, recognizing and collecting medicinal plants can also be considered nature activities that can be seen as an escape from the hectic modern world.Moreover, besides the instructive purpose, the proposed activities serve the educational purposes as well: students should show an interest in studying plants, love and nurture them. Thus, without doubt, the aesthetic and ecologic education is achieved during the activities.
