Summary/Abstract: We can say that human desire to be evil with others, is old as mankind itself. Therefore, the goal of this paper is to question that desire, which has it›s emodiment in wars, violent migrations, and tortures. We can find the eclactant example of these evil human intentions in war on the teritory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, tragedy and genocide commited in Srebrenica. Becuase of all that, the second goal of this paper comes in form of various questions, such as: How to, and is there a proper way of remembering the victims? What is the right way to judge the offenders? Is there a posibility for creating rightful peace.
