Summary/Abstract: This paper discusses the term “Bosnian Spirit” (Muhamed Filipović) and the possibility of “history of philosophy” in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a result of its expression. Having in mind that Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have its own philosophical history in the view of European tradition, its “opinion” may be observed in the wide array of general, cultural, literary, religious, scientific and many other spiritual perspectives. Therefore, the beginnings of the “Bosnian Spirit”, the “first symptoms” of philosophical thinking in these areas may be traced back to Medieval epitaphs on Bosnian Stećaks. In its purest form they get close to the philosophical fragments and aphorism and provide strange existentialist image of the world.
