Summary/Abstract: The insolvency law of individuals brings a series of benefits to individuals who face financial problems and the main benefit brought by the law after some stages is the possibility for the debtor to request the release from the residual debts under the conditions established by the normative act.In order to reach the end of the procedure, in which the debtor can request the insolvency court to discharge the residual debts, the administrator / liquidator of the procedure will have to fulfill its established obligations, draw up claim tables, update them, in a nutshell, to establish the debtor's liability.The insufficience or absence of regulations will lead to the emergence of difficulties, which in the end, in the absence of the provisions of the law, the practice will clarify.
