The Impact of the Restructuring Law and Insolvency Risk of Trader

Summary/Abstract: Entrepreneurs are a variety of risks associated with economic activities. Theserisks may be concluded by the transaction and counterparty, changes in the market environment, products or services that the entity sells, economic and political activities of the countries in which the company operates. Each of the risks could affect the financial results of the trader. One of the risks occurring in the business is the inability to own or counterparty. There have been laid down new rules on insolvency in Poland from 2016. Thanks to them, the company may fail, but it can also restructure. Statistics indicate a growing interestof restructuring proceedings, so that the trader can continue to operate, at the same time implementing the obligations to their creditors
