Configuration of Efficiency according to the Quinn, Rohrbaugh Model in Aspect Organizations

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was to try to configure of efficiency in aspect organizations based on the Quinn, Rohrbaugh model. The scope of the article included considerations regarding attempts to methodologically resolve the issue of performance in the common judiciary, perceived invariably as effectiveness, which seems unjustified in the case of a special type of organization. The article refers to the essence of the aspect organization asa subject of research. There were also considerations regarding the dilemma between efficiency and effectiveness as the basic measures of organizational performance. The conclusion included guidelines for the configuration of organizational and operational efficiencyof the aspect organizations.
