Summary/Abstract: Learning dynamic phenomena is essential in many domains. Learners must be able to recognize, perceive, initiate and explain dynamical phenomena flow causes and effects. This requires to have an adequate knowledge model. In this paper we propose a structured knowledge representation model based on simulation and assessment environment. This knowledge model is organized in scenarios, models fragments and transitions rules. Such a structure enables specifying the construction of learners’ experience in a step by step mode. The approach is applied in training KTU students using graphical simulation and assessment system TestTool
