Summary/Abstract: The basic law which makes provision for the law of succession in the period of National Socialism in Germany, the German Civil Code. Its provisions, however, in the years 1933–1945 hit several times. As this post shows the National Socialists in the very first year after takeover made major changes in the rules of transfer and transfer of agricultural property, which filled the parameters of the hereditary estate. His owner could thus become only the person who filled Nazi ideas placed on the farmer as a guarantee of a healthy nationstate. Has also created a new structure of special courts that decide on matters of inherited property. Certain changes in inheritance law concerning the form of inheritance or testament, concluding contracts were made in the late thirties. Last interventions underwent right of inheritance at the end of the Second World War when it was given the opportunity to change the court zůstavitelovu will. All changes that have occurred in the period of National Socialism was, however, have a common denominator, and that effort and maximum limits will be the testator and the exclusion of certain persons from inheritance sequences that according to the National Socialists were not worthy to become heirs to the property after the national of the national community.
