Characteristics of pedagogical communication and its importance for corporate culture director

Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the Article. The study was conducted with the aim of forming a corporate culture as a component of the professional training of show producers. The methodology of the study is to apply culturological, analytical and comparative methods. Based on the theory and methods of modern pedagogy, pedagogical communication is characterized from the position of optimal accounting personal and creative-professional interests and needs of students, their opportunities and inclinations to master the fundamentals of corporate culture, the comprehensive preparedness of the NDP for teaching activities, which makes it possible effectively to form the students' corporate culture of the show producer, the main indicator of which is the formation of the leading qualities of the producer and their observance of moral and aesthetic rules in the process of their professional creativity on the basis of certain value orientations ntatsy. The scientific novelty of the work is to actualise the meaning of the content of the creative education of the show producer. Conclusions. As a result of research it is proved that for the formation of the ideal of creative education, content is essential. An important aspect is that the efficient and sustainable functioning of the creative sphere at the decisive stage is influenced by the level of professional training and development of the show producer's personality, from his ethnic qualities and values in the sphere of corporate culture.
