Gender Pay Gap and Legal Regulations Based on the United Kingdom Example

Summary/Abstract: The reports on corporate social responsibility have been the subject of many researches, but the aspect of social and relational capital has not been covered by those studies so far. This publication contains the results of empirical tests of the above mentioned scope, focusing on the area of the gender pay gap, disclosure obligations of reporting the gender pay gap according to the legal regulations in the United Kingdom. The author indicates that legal obligations can create a new perspective on the strategy in in the areaof human resource management.
