Breakdown of internal rules for the theory and practice

Summary/Abstract: Article provides the introduction into commonly recognized types of inner regulations in the context of the legal order of Czech Republic and some methods of their categorization. It describes the currently discovered approach of classification, which is based upon the type of the legal title which causes the legal binding of a person by the specific inner regulation. It is a theoretically new approach to inner regulations which is relatively simple as well as practical for every day use.
