Summary/Abstract: Hermeneutics as an interpreting science and a science of interpretation of language languaging; hermeneutics as a conversation with the text, as a conversation with a collocutor, as a historic understanding of the manifestation of historic consciousness – education, reasoning power, taste, sensus communis, penetrates into the core, into the pith of speech that supports human experience, into the core of the phenomenological mental-historical word, sign, symbol – hermeneutics, as temporality of human existence, through self-imposition reveals the possibility and potential of existence and reflection of one’s own existence in the nightmare and chaotic world of thinking – which is a pre-structure of the foundation of (human) existence.
