Summary/Abstract: The European Union draws far-reaching economic strategy based on reducing human impact on the environment, including the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. Developed in this regard the legal and economic solutions are essential to the functioning of the Polish economy and the resulting conditions will decide the survival of many Polish companies. For most of them the only solution is to try to transform based on a commitment to new technologies. This raises the need for cooperation with the scientific and incur relatively large expenditures on research and implementation. The competent model of cooperation between a trader and a team of scientific research can significantly reduce the size of these expenditures and postpone the moment of their launch.
