Summary/Abstract: Insolvency imposes a certain order for the payment of claims, but in practice this subject is ambiguous. Reorganization provides for pro rata payment, while bankruptcy pays in a certain order. We have tried to detail what each one means, focusing on changing time with the opening of the procedure.
