Summary/Abstract: Becoming an effective and successful organisation has several components. The first component is the above-mentioned management taking into consideration and sensitively reacting to the demands determined by the population and the society for the organisation, in the present case the Police. (At the same time, this management style also means the person of the manager.) Another component may be the effort for excellent performance, rooted in the organisational culture. And this list could be continued; however, besides the cost attitude, I would point out effective co-operation, as a token of successfulness of organisations.
