Summary/Abstract: In Morocco the social activity has become organized through the creation of Associations, mutuals and cooperatives. It is with the aim of bringing together individual efforts around a collective objective, participating in local decision-making and also mobilizing the resources of territories for a wider investment. The purpose of this article is to highlight the state and non-state institutions that finance the socio-economic actions of NGOs.
