Summary/Abstract: Law no. 199/2019 creates the legal framework for the transfer of the persons employed as an anti-fraud inspector within the Direction of combating the frauds, at the date of entry into force of this law, is being transferred and reinstated within the prosecutor's offices, as specialist public servants.
