Summary/Abstract: The goal of this article is to summarize current knowledge about psychotherapy trainings from a research point of view. It is focused on formal aspects of trainings in Europe and on research on training process and content, including some reflections about psychotherapy integration. In a third part of the paper, some visions related to the future of psychotherapy trainings will be formulated.
