Summary/Abstract: The aim of this publication is the question how to enrich and integrate psychoanalytic interactional concept to the CBT. In contrary it is possible to understand psychodynamic psychotherapy from the point of view of the CBT. An example (Vyskočilová, Praško, 2015), which demonstrates CBT method, reveals how the therapeutic practice does not sufficiently respect the interaction between the patient and the therapist, who finds himself under the temptation to accept the complementary role. This problem could be solved by some psychodynamic and psychoanalytic interactional concepts, which could be integrated to the CBT without loss of its specifics based on the learning theory.
