Summary/Abstract: The paper discerns between various types of proceedings within the concept of sports justice. It distinguishes between ordinary judicial procedure, arbitral procedure, autonomous internal procedure of dispute resolution, autonomous internal disciplinary procedure (including doping offences) and autonomous review procedure. Specifically the Slovakian legal regulation and autonomous rules of football in Slovakia were used as the basis of research. A set of basic principles and rules of Sports Procedural Law was identified.
