Statistical analysis in demand research of ICT services in mobile networks

Summary/Abstract: In this paper the statistical multi variable analyses are presented that were applied in demand research for telecommunication services on the example of nation-wide radio dispatching network functioning in trunking technology. The results include canonical, discrimination, factor, correspondence and cluster analyses that allowed the identification of user’s behavior determining the demand for this type of services.
