Summary/Abstract: Worldwide, but especially in highly civilized countries, conflict solving through alternative methods represents a complementary solution, secure and viable to state jurisdiction. The perpetually changing socio-economic conditions have imposed the adoption of new conflict solving methods, having as main premises celerity, light procedure, efficiency, confidentiality, and comparatively reduced costs, alternative to classic solutions. Last, but not least, the need of adopting alternative solving means and even of litigation prevention, also comes from increasingly pressing inconveniences of classic state justice.
