Summary/Abstract: The substance of judicial activity materialize in the judgment, which act to end a conflict born in the social sphere. The jurisdictional act involved three subjects: the State, through a judge, plaintiff and defendant. In the administrative act in all cases we have two subjects: State and citizen. Between the two categories of acts essential differences and interference between the judicial activity and administrative work.
