Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, cyberspace plays an important role in everyday life, addressing nearly every human endeavour. For the international community, the cyber threat represents a challenge that has determined a constant evolution of the nature and instruments used in international relations. The paper analyses the different dimensions of cyberspace, focusing on the latest factual and conceptual developments, including the concept of cyberwarfare. In the uncertain current context, the paper focuses moreover on the importance sovereignty and boundaries have in the legal discourse over cyberspace.
