Summary/Abstract: The dynamics of national realities to the global society in the framework of the next decades of XXI century which is based on sustainable development with the center of gravity on the human condition imposes a general reconsideration of all policies, mechanisms and tools which are destined for ensuring the modern security state. Therefore, no legal aspects of security escape of necessary corrections, highlighting sometimes even an imperative manifestation.
