Analysis and Appraisal of Economic Effects in the Management of Public Project – Example of Logistics and Tourism Projects

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify the role of economic analysis and appraisal of economic effects in the preliminary phase of identification and planning of public projects selected groups. First part presents the essence of the economic analysis and appraisal of economic effects in relation to the most popular project management methodologies. The second part of article presents two methods of analysis and appraisal of the economic effects of public projects – in the area of logistics (road project) and tourism projects, which are based on the resources of cultural heritage.
