Summary/Abstract: In a market economy in which business is in continuous changing and uncontrollable fluctuation, companies, legal persons of private law have to adapt quickly and appropriately to new requirements and market conditions, the need to reorganize representing now a socio-economic and legal reality of the lives of these legal entities.In this context we must obviously consider the implications for the process of reorganization of legal entities of private law by new regulations on the matter, with particular reference to the rules relating to the reorganization of companies introduced by the new Civil Code.
