Summary/Abstract: Protection of trade union rights, an issue always on topic in our system of law, specific means of judicial and extrajudicial, of manifestation. Without those "conventional means" to be considered insufficient and ineffective we appreciate that such force may be augmented through invocation and their use in the context of the "armor" of the legal system of great force and efficiency, which is the system of human rights. This under conditions in which all trade union rights interfere with the human rights system and can be found in the content of some human rights, achieving by this dual nature an addition of force and efficiency.
