Summary/Abstract: The legal regulation of the public policies on the protection and rights of refugees in the Republic of Moldova is under scrutiny. The public policies allow, through their study, the presentation of a brief retrospective of the phenomenon of migration in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the results of the sociological research about the perception/integration of refugees in the Moldovan society.
