Summary/Abstract: This article aims to study the phonological and semantic adaptation modalities developed by Hebrew borrowings integrated into Moroccan Arabic. The study focuses on two main approaches. The first one, which is phonological, aims to examine the factors favoring the different transformations that occur in the pho-nematic structures of the Hebrew lexemes following their integration into Mo-roccan Arabic. The second one is semantic. Its purpose is to identify the nature of the significant spans attributed to Hebrew lexemes in the borrowing language. To do this, we analyzed data of Hebrew borrowings that are still used in Moroccan Arabic after checking their etymology.
