Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the terms of thermo-dynamical entropy and informatics and demonstrates the existence of thinking machines (teleological machines). By applying the negative entropy law, the article treats the social systems as anti-entropic systems; it introduces the hypothesis of import and export of entropy as the cause of the social crises, social dissymmetries and wars.
