Memory Experiment Methods in Fuzzy-Trace Theory Approach

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the most popular memory experiments methods used in studies in the fuzzy-trace theory approach. After a brief discussion of the theory itself, each method is described in detail (its procedure, methods of analysing results, as well as both its advantages and limitations). Methods are presented in chronological order of their appearance in research practice. The presented methods are: the DRM paradigm, the conjoint recognition model, the simplified conjoint recognition model, the quantum episodic memory model and its generalized version.
