Summary/Abstract: There is no doubt that physical activity improves health conditions; however, it also affect the way people interact. Beyond the obvious effects related to team games or sharing common activities such as attending a gym, physical activity has in itself some other effects. Most, if not all, of us have experienced gums personally, as athletes, spectators or both. Most likely, we are aware with the physical and emotional experiences of going at the gym and may know the rules and strategies used in the gym. In this article, the purpose is to emphasis on the meaning associated with gyms – the method through which it becomes part of the social and cultural life. The standing of doing sport as a way of avoiding illness and preserving health has often been invoked by medical experts. In addition to the health benefits of regular exercise, the aesthetic advantages must also be mentioned. Such places where individuals can cultivate their presences and keep health are gyms. In the century where speed is at its uppermost, people do not have to worry about retrieving the use of fitness facilities. What has the ability to maintain and increase the number of members of a club is the way they connect through social media and social interaction in the gyms. As it is this environment quite that which provides data about the behaviour one needs to adopt in order to build and maintain a healthy body. I believe gyms encourage the idea of a healthy lifestyle in harmony with internal strategy and concept, health being a means of achieving a wanted physical form. The content of the evidence provided echoes the persistence on the concern for health control.
