Summary/Abstract: Studying the evolving relationship between National Constitutions, the European Convention of Human Rights (ECHR) and European Union (EU) law in a few pages is almost impossible without adopting a clear perspective of analysis. In this paper I am going to approach this broad subject as follows: I shall investigate how EU law has given national judges arguments to reconsider the force of the ECHR in the domestic legal order.
