Summary/Abstract: Law is a system of rules which are based on concepts such as equity, fairness, justice or truth and which coordinates the development of social life.To be able to accomplish this function it must take account the idea of just which exists at a certain moment in society. The connection between these two phenomenoses can best be observed some elements of originality which have influenced the evolution of the formal sources of law in our country.
